Does copilot send a tailored CV for each job?
No we don't allow for the system to automatically send tailored CVs without human review simply because with today's technology, it's not possible for the AI to be 100% correct.
Occasionally the AI will add something in your CV that you may not have had experience with.
We want to make sure that nothing gets sent to the employer that could hurt your chances of getting a job, that's why it's better for you to first review the tailored CV before submitting it.
How to tailor your CV for each job
Step 1
On your Copilot configuration Step 4, select for the copilot to save applications for review.
Step 2
Click the "Review Application" button on any Saved job on your Application Tracker.
Step 3
If you are on the Premium plan, you can manually upload a different CV for each application.
Use our CV Builder under AI Tools to get a tailored CV for each job description.
If you are on the Elite Plan, you will be able to use the "Tailor CV" button for every job which will automatically tailor your CV for each job description.
